Online Tickets - T&C's, FAQ and further guidelines

The Sculpture Park has introduced pre-booked online tickets to adhere to social distancing measures. This is to ensure that we limit the number of visitors and contact with reception staff.

TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Online tickets must be purchased before visiting the park via the Eventbrite page.
  2. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for another date and time.
  3. Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded or replaced.
  4. The Sculpture Park accepts no liability if a customer is unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.
  5. Visitors must bring a printout / digital booking confirmation of their booking and present it on arrival (anyone without a valid ticket will not be granted entry).
  6. Please arrive as near to the start of your chosen time slot as possible.
  7. Visitors can stay as long as wanted within the opening hours.
  8. Last entry slot is at 3pm and all visitors must vacate the site by 5pm.

Covid-19 health and safety procedures:

  1. If anyone in your group has shown symptoms of Covid-19, please do not visit the park.
  2. Stay within household / visitor groups
  3. Wash / disinfect hands regularly using the facilities provided (and bring your own hand sanitiser)
  4. Maintain physical distancing from people outside of your group
  5. Please avoid touching sculpture.

Answers to FAQ's and further guidelines

  1. Toilets are open and are cleaned regularly
  2. There is no cafe. Picnics are allowed and there are benches at various locations around the park. Please take any rubbish away with you.
  3. There is deep water at the park, therefore children must be well behaved and supervised by adults at all times.
  4. Please do not run, shout or treat the park like a play area.
  5. Well behaved dogs on a short lead are welcome. Also, please kindly take any dog mess away with you.
  6. All visitors must stick to the paths at all times.
  7. Please be respectful of other visitors.
