Details
The sculptor Ann Vrielinck (1966) was born not far from the beautiful city of Bruges, Belgium. She studied Visual Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts Bruges and later obtained an academic degree in Painting at the Sint-Lucas School of Arts in Ghent.
Vrielinck's art pieces are snapshots of the human body in motion and of the communication and interaction between humans. The faces of Ann's sculptures are barely defined, which enhances the universal character of the pieces and arouses a greater sense of identification in the viewer.
